Utility Billing

To obtain New Water Service with the City of Bells

the following must be completed:

• An application must be completed and submitted with a picture I.D.

 Water Deposits: $200.00.

Utility statements are mailed the last week of each month and are due on or before the 10th of the following month. 

Should payment not be received by the 10th of the month a 10% late fee will be assessed on the 11th. If the balance isn't paid in full by the 20th of each month, service will be disconnected and a $50.00 delinquent fee will be added to the bill. 

        All outstanding balances must be paid in full prior to re-connection of service. 

Bill Paying Options:

• Pay online by clicking the "Online Payments" on the homepage and by doing so if you use a credit/debit card the city will receive all payments the same business day. 
• You may have your account automatically drafted each month on the 10th by filling our the ACH form and returning it to our office. 
• You may drop your payment in our Drop Box located in the parking lot next to City Hall.
• You may bring your payment of cash, check or credit/debit card in person.     
• Credit/debit cards are charged a fee of 3.5% per transaction.
