Stage One Drought Contingency in Effect

The City of Bells is initiating the 1st stage of the Drought Contingency plan; requesting customers to voluntary reduce water usage. Due to inadequate delivery capacity, as Well 4 is out of service and warmer weather's approaching quickly, we are asking customers to use minimal water to conserve until this issue is resolved.
